Lets talk abs! We've all heard people say, if you train abs you'll get abs. That is not true. To get abs, you need to be in a caloric deficit. This means you need to burn more calories than you consume. That way when you lose body fat and train abs, they will be revealed. Regardless if you want abs or not, training them is important. It helps with all heavy lifting that involves you having to brace your core. It can help with your posture, prevent lower back pain, and help with overall stability.
