This workout program is perfect for those who want to build their legs and glutes while also sculpting their upper body for that hourglass figure. This can be done from the comfort of your own home. You will be working out 5x a week consisting of 2 lower body days, 2 upper body days, and one day of cardio/abs. This program is 8 weeks long. For the first 4 weeks you will have one split (same workouts) while working on progressive overload. The last 4 weeks you will have a different split also working on progressive overload. What is progressive overload? Progressive overload is when you gradually increase the reps/sets/weight/or tempo every week. You need a repeated stimulus in order for your muscles to grow. This is how you will get the best results. So just make sure you are always on the correct week and day to see the new changes. You only need two things. 1) A set of dumbbells. I recommend a set of dumbbells that is adjustable, that way you can increase your weight. No need to worry though if you only have one pair I have made it to where you will still be getting the most out of it. 2) A resistance band.
